Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in original packaging
• Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, hats, and baselayers may not be eligible for returns unless faulty

How to start a return

To request a return please contact David.Gbehe@montkader.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective
• You received the wrong item

We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to Your original Payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges to damaged or defective items. If you need a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue as quick as possible
